PLEASE READ THIS PAGE BEFORE PROCEEDING TO OUR RESERVATION SYSTEM BELOW

The Music Room (Room 211) and Sensory Room (Room 213) at the Schwarzman Good Life Center are reservable for students to host individual and group meetings.

  • In keeping with the Good Life Center’s designation as a student-prioritized space, requests for the Good Life Center meeting rooms are designated for Yale undergraduate, graduate, and professional students. Reservations are limited to two (2) hours.

  • A netID will be required when submitting a request.

To submit a meeting room request

1) Submit a request to reserve a ‘Good Life Center’ meeting room space here (netID required).
2) Fill out the When and Where form on the Info tab and click Find Space.
3) Select the room you want from the list of available spaces (Room 211 or Room 213, capacity 6-8 students).
4) Click the Details tab and fill in the form.
5) Click Submit Reservation.
